She was caught on security camera doing it (she was a employee of the store I was at) she returned my wallet to the police station admitted to everything she did not return the cash that was in there nor the money she used on my credit card, she said she spent the cash and used my credit card for gas. If I press charges what kind of trouble is she even going to get in to? Or should I just tell the cops if she returns all the money I will not presue? That was my kids money she spent 260.00 all I want is their money back either from her or in court if need be.
